Iranian media delegation visits Lebanon
Orange TV network located in a 4 story building and 180 personnel
In early days of last winter, an Iranian media delegation headed by the managing director of planning and research department of Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance including the advisor to the Culture Minister, the manager in charge of Resalat Daily, Two representatives from IRNA News Agency, Three Reporters from Borna News Agency, Press Department of Foreign Ministry, Jame Jam Daily, Siasat Rooz Daily and one from Quranic News Agency visited Lebanon and during their meetings with their Lebanese counterparts exchanged views on topics of mutual interests.

He has devoted his report of Lebanese visit to inspection of Orange TV station writing in part that Mr. Aziz Khan heads this network which has been established in 2007, functioning from a 4 story building and currently has a workforce of 180 personnel.
This TV network like many other media outlets has some overseas offices and a number of journalists on a part time basis work for this network.
Michael Aoun, Lebanese prominent politician and one time Prime Minister, while visiting France in 2005 thought of setting up a TV channel but due to financial problems decided to form a share holding company and now this TV network has 10 thousand share holders. The Orange TV network Known as OTV broadcasts 3.5 hours live programs in the morning which 1.5 hour is allocated to interviews with political figures and the rest covers various talk shows. During the evening hours its programs are mainly devoted to political topics. The language of this TV network is Armenian.
OTV is available both on Arabsat and Nilsat and ranks 3 in respect to the audience rating.
